Ladies what the best moisturizer that's really going to work for dry patches on my oily acne prone skin?? Please help.

I use a tea tree oil moisturizer that also has jojoba oil in it - by desert essence - it's not over drying but also helps mattify and reduce acne - otherwise you could spot treat the dry areas with jojoba oil or add a few drops to the moisturizer you use now

I was thinking of buying tart oil...

Yeah the maracuja oil is nice too - I use it on my psoriasis patches and it works great to moisturize those areas of dry flaky rough skin - but it's way more expensive than jojoba oil - unless you can get a small free sample.

I agree with diana. I use tartes Maracuja oil. it's expensive but I got it on sale for 50% when ulta had the 21 days of beauty. you can order maracuja oil online, it does have to be tarte. it's cheaper and the same thing. jojoba oil and argan oil are also great too.

I adore the Cetaphil moisture cream, as it soothes my fussy skin. I have skin that produces loads of oil but also dry patches so I feel your pain. My skin turns red if I splash it with room temperature water but that moisturizer is fantastic as it moisturizers and smoothes. Hope I helped!
