Really the only thing you can do is care for them and yourself. I would not suggest taking any kinds of nail pills or supplements unless you consult a doctor first.

There's nothing really that makes your nils grow faster just take care of what nails you have.

You should use garlic cloves in your nail it will help your nail to grow long faster and it will be stronger but use the garlic cloves once a week.

I used the growth nail polish by Sally Hansen it didn't work that much garlic cloves helps a lot

The Sally Hansen polish worked super well for me, you probably weren't applying it as liberally as you were supposed to.
