So I have oily skin (mainly on my nose & chin) then it is pretty normal everywhere else. I have issues with dark circles under my eyes, uneven (red patches) on my cheeks, black heads, and I have pretty large pores. Can someone tell me what type of skincare items I need to get & possibly recommend some products? Thank you so much! :)

You should at least be using a cleanser, eye cream, and moisturizer and you should be exfoliating. A face mask at least once a week will also help.
I suggest the Origins Checks & Balances Frothy Face Wash (I have normal to oily skin and it doesn't dry out my skin or cause an overproduction of oils), Tarte Maracuja C Brightener Eye Treatment, and the Origins Clear Improvement Active Charcoal Mask. I don't really have a moisturizer or manual exfoliator suggestion.
For your dark circles make sure you're getting enough sleep, drinking enough water, and sleep slightly propped up. That should help fade the darkness unless they're genetic, in which case nothing will really help.

I agree with Alexis. For an exfoliator I like to use roc smoothing scrub (its very gentle in terms of a scrub but gets the job done perfectly) thats the only manual exfoliator I like as I like to use chemical exfoliators such as clarins brightening toner or boots botanics all bright for a budget option.
For moisturiser I would suggest either cerave am for during the day or cerave pm for nighttime. Also check out la roche posay effaclar duo for your blackheads and oily areas its a miracle worker for me.
Also try to use a toner which will help tighten your pores after cleansing, I like to use loreal age perfect it has vitamin c in it and I use clarins toner for oily combo skin on rotation.
Hope I've helped as I'm not sure of accessibility of some products I've suggested for you.

Try a couple things out - maybe get some of those tester-size products at Ulta if there's one near you...I have an oily t-zone and blackheads on my nose. I have found that using a Clairsonic-type scrub brush works wonders, regardless of what soap or scrub I pair it with. The brush really gets deep down and my blackheads are pretty much gone at this point. I also use the polish scrub twice a week and that helps, too. After I wash my face, I put on rosehip seed oil all over. It works wonders for a variety of different things.
As for masks, I agree with previous posters - charcoal and/or clay masks would be great for your skin, just do one once or twice a week. You can also start with the make-your-own facial masks to see how they work for you.
Also, I would suggest using a primer before applying your makeup - just to give you an even "canvas" to start with. And as Cocoa C. said, I love, love, love olive oil soap!! 80 Acres makes a fantastic one - I use their body wash in the shower, as well and they're fantastic and smell terrific!
