Submerge your nails into ice cold water after letting your nails air dry for about a minute or two. Hold them there for about 5 or so minutes. Then use a clear top coat, repeat the first step. Any polishes usually chip within 3 or so days, nothing yet has been invented to prevent that unfortunately.

Out the Door topcoat. Anywhere from $4-6 and works just as good as Seche Vite (I think) and dries your nails in 90 seconds.
