I own the palette but rarely use it since I feel like it isn't up to par with my Lorac Pro Palettes. I think trying out this look today further proved to me why I don't use this palette much. Sharon's look came out beautifully, which is why I tried to do it, but the eyeshadows in my palette aren't that pigmented and would easily blend away into oblivion even if I used the lightest touch with my brush.
So here's my attempt and, although I don't like it, I think it's okay to share that sometimes the looks we try don't end up how we like them and that's okay! It's okay to fail sometimes!

It looks nice! I understand what you mean though. The Lorac palettes have effectively ruined other palettes for me. I've picked up 3 other palettes since I got the Lorac pro 1, and I rarely reach for them. I'm going to hit pan so quickly haha.

Kailey, thank you! I don't think it looks horrible, I actually think it looks a bit grungy IRL, but it looks nothing like how it did in Sharon's video. I surprisingly haven't hit pan in either of my Pro palettes yet but I know when I do I'm just going to freak out! Nothing can compare to Lorac shadows (:

Thank you, Taylor! I'm really only calling it a fail because my end product didn't look like the end of Sharon's video. Hers was much more vibrant and you could see a distinction of the purple shades (:

It's the same palette that she used right? I'm wondering how hers looks so much more pigmented and yours looks more sheer. Maybe try a primer next time? or is it the same w/out primer? I like how it turned out though (: Very natural and pretty.

Jocelyne, it's the exact same palette which is why I attempted the look. For me the shadows look the same with and without a primer and/or a base. Thank you, though! (:

Your eyes are so beautiful!! I am surprised at how little color payoff you got w that palette cuz so many YouTubers rave about it. I I also 💗 my Lorac palettes but have been pleasantly surprised by my Tartelette one and the TF Natural matte (although I still think the quality of Loracs shadows are the best).

Thank you, Taina! I had gotten the palette because I watched a review on it from someone, I forget who now, but once I got it and started playing around with it I was surprised at how little pigmentation the shadows have. I love my Lorac Pros so much that part of me never wants to buy another palette again but another part of me still wants to try out a few more, like the Tartelette palette!

Les, I don't have a paint pot. I've used a white base before and the colors still didn't come out very well.
