I tried twisting it but it won't twist :/ and I also tried a sharpener and it won't work:/

It's mechanical. if twisting didnt help then maybe the mechanism is broken...

The nars pencils need to be sharpened. I have one myself, they're definitely not mechanical.

Yes, I heard that they need to be sharpened. I haven't had one myself though.

You have to sharpen it, it's definitely not mechanical.

Try putting it in the freezer to harden the product up so its not soo soft, then sharpen it.
