Well my hair is like to my armpits but I'll be wearing my extensions so it'll be just below my ribs and it's medium thick.

If your dress has two straps I think it would be beat be best to do one of the styles that goes down your back, if it's one strap it would look great to have it on the opposite side of your strap. I think the overall look your describing sounds lovely. But maybe add some false lashes just so your your eyes are not completely over-shadowed by your lips. And I think 7-10 roses would be plenty, with maybe some smaller flowers or greenery (think baby's breath)
