A lot of flights limit what you can actually bring on the flight. So on a carry on it can't be more than 4.3oz and it can't be aerosol either. I would suggest that you check with your airline as to what kind of products you can bring on in your carry on before buying anything.

Do you want to wear makeup? Or just keep your skin fresh?

I would just take makeup remover wipes. Travel size toner + cotton pads to put it on with and travel size moisturiser

Keep it simple, honestly a flight is not the place to do a complete skin care routine - nobody wanna sit next to someone playing spa.
Bring some cleansing wipes and a really good moisturizer - you could even bring a small amount of the Glamglow Thirstymud - it works as a great moisturising mask but you apply it just like a moisturizer.

I travel a lot, and Say Yes to Cucumbers cleansing wipes are my go to. They cleanse without over drying and they don't leave a weird residue like some wipes do.
