I agree with Jeremiah ^ St ives is good. Just stay away from the apricot one it's way to harsh.

Here's a pic...it says moderate exfoliation factor, but it seems really gentle to me.

The St Ives apricot scrub has walnut shell powder in it which creates tiny cuts into your skin when used to exfoliate, this is why it is bad to use on your skin

If you're in the US I like to use the Say Yes to Grapefruit Face Scrub (they sell it on CVS), it's really great and smells awesome.

Try Lush's Aqua Miribilis. It works like a charm, my skin remains soft for weeks after AND it moisturizes too so you don't need to lather on lotion after using it.
