I work in the airplane manufacturing industry where I'm surrounded by men. I have to keep my makeup to a minimal just to avoid extra attention, but I need ideas to keep my inner woman entertained and happy with what's on my face. Any ideas?!

I just keep everything natural- maybe just one coat of mascara (or even clear mascara to just open the eyes) and neutral eyeshadow just a shade or two lighter/darker than your skin tone. Then go find the perfect nude and pink-nude lipstick to wear.
If you really need to, splurge on nice products like a Naked palette or high end lipsticks. Dior makes a pink that custom forms to you!

Thanks ladies. I'm basically doing that right now...keeping it fairly neutral. I guess days off or at night is when I can let loose a little more with the face :)

Texture is more important than color here. Too much sparkle is not work appropriate. Color works if it is blended well.
