Hey Pros! I'm looking for a pallet of some sort of pressed glitters. I have clients that want glitter but I don't want to use loose glitters because they are a mess and hard to keep little jars organized in a kit. I'm in film sets, theatres, fashion shows and a lot more. I need something clean and in one pallet or container.

looking for professional products.

does anyone have a suggestion?

Thanks!

Kryolan has pressed eye shadow glitters as singles but not in a palette. My daughter who is MUA prefers the loose versions better from Lit because she can get glitter based on the micro size while Kryolan is one size fits all in the pressed version.

Thanks Shelley!

I looked up the kryolan ones and they look just like sparkly shadows. I'll keep them in mind, but I'm looking for a solid glitter.

No offense, but that came across a little rude. Thanks for your input though. no they are not super messy, but they are more messy then pressed in a pallet. I can definitely use loose, I know how to use loose very well. it would just be convenient to have a pressed pallet.

Kyli...you asked for pressed glitter and that's what they are. An you are right...they do look like glittery shadows...so if you are wanting glitter...loose is going to be your best best. And as far as Jackie responding to your question...she was not being rude in the slightest and actually provided you with far more information than I did. You posted needing assistance and you received it from Jackie who is a pro MUA who has been in the biz far longer than you. Its ok to disagree with someone but to shoot down advice that you ask for because you don't agree with it is just wrong.

I never shot down anything. I was thankful for her information and input. I'm just frustrated with artist that have been around that try to make younger artists feel less about themselves, I'm sorry if I miss read the post.

@Kyli...that wasn't Jackie's intention to bring you down. She is merely teaching...one artist to another. My daughter is 15 years old and is a working MUA. The nonsense that she hears from older artists would have some running off in tears. If you haven't heard any yet just wait...you will...and the best thing to do is develop a thick skin. You have to in order to survive in the industry. Its a beast even for older folks. When an older artist try's to educate you...absorb that info like a sponge. They speak from experience and its not coming from a place of wanting to make you feel less about yourself...its just they speak from "been there, done that". Even older artists are still learning everyday themselves. You never stop learning.
