I was wondering if there was a way to get curls like this without heat. I hate curling irons and even if I put loads of hair spray on it never stays. I have fine hair if that helps also.

The only way I know is to put your hair in braids and let it dry over night. or use rollers and let hair dry with them in.

Bobby pin curls! Just take small pieces of hair and twirl them into a circle and bobby pin them on your head. Or headband curls! Just put on a headband and take a section of hair and wrap it once around the headband and keep adding more pieces each time you wrap. You can find them on YouTube :)

Headband curls aren't too sufficient in my opinion, they never work for me or anyone that I've talked to about it. I suggest either braids or hair rollers, the rollers aren't as difficult as they seem. If you use bobby pins, your hair will end up looking like my picture.

To achieve the curls you want in your picture, your most likely going to have to use heat. I could be wrong though, if you do find a way to do it, let me know how haha.

Twist little sections of hair while it's wet and pin in down. After a few hours pull it out.

This is how my hair turns out each time I do heatless curls with bendy rollers. I think they have worked pretty well on me  :)

That seems like what I did, only smaller chunks and I used a straightener to speed the process up as this was a test thing I did haha, any bigger and there wouldn't be enough room though. How'd you put so much hair on one bobby? & how'd you keep them in place?

The Bobby pin idea works best on damp hair and once you twist the hair and pin it down it really isn't too much hair for the Bobby pin...I'd also put a hair oil in before had to tame any frizz that you might have...you tube has lots if videos on this method

Try using a curling wand- depending on the size of it, it will give you tight or loose curls but if your really don't want to use heat try the sock curl- tutorials on YouTube or after a hair wash put braids in your hair- small ones for tight curls and bigger ones for looser curls. If you don't have time for a hair wash wear a French braid the day before and sleep in it along with the braids after a hair wash. When brushing curls use a round brush to tease them the way you want them to go... Hope that helps:) xxxx

Take a couple old socks or rags that you don't use and you roll your hair in the sock or rags in small sections and let it dry over night :) depending on what you want the curls to look like determines the size of the sections you put in the rag pieces or socks. Let them dry over night and take them out of your hair carefully in the morning :) good luck

The bobby pin curls are the best way to get really big, bouncy curls. Just make sure that your hair is 60-80% dry and wrap the sections of hair around two fingers, not one. That way you'll get fuller curls instead of frizz. Adding some light hairspray will help set the curl.

I just realized, my bobby pin method was a whole different method than Zelestes.
