It's terrible advice, but yeah just pop the suckers. Make sure your hands are clean, use a tissue and press down on each side of the zit, do NOT squeeze.

Pretty much ^ sanitize your hands or just use q-tips to pop them. Afterwards clean it and apply an acne cream or ointment
