So I have a really bad rash on my back. I've been using Retin-A that's prescribed by my doctor in a low dosage (0.1% to be exact) for 3-4 weeks with no problem. This week we got iced in where I live and my family was doing "spring cleaning" all week. So for a week I've been wearing a sports bra. I've not been sleeping in it but now I have this rash. It's itchy, dry, and it burns. What can I do to help it? (Excuse acne please :)

Have you checked to see if it's a allergic to the fabric or something

I've worn and washed it several times and I've never had a reaction.

Have a nice long shower, try to massage it with a loofa (don't scrub, it might irritate) and put on some aloe vera or a cooling gel. the steam from the shower should help gets all the yuckies out :)
