Does anyone have any good tips for covering up scars on legs? I was thinking the sally Hansen spray on, but I'm afraid that they will accentuate them. Thanks in advance 😘

You could try Mac face + body :) it's very full coverage.

MAC full coverage foundation
it is meant to cover scars, blemishes & birthmarks.
Patrick star uses it & it has GREAT coverage.
it isn't a liquid it is a emollient based product basically a creamy smooth concealer for you face/body but not cakey.

If you want to get rid of them, use bio oil! It gets rid of scars! It's such a good product. But that's only if you want to completely remove the scars, If you want to cover then I suggest the product that les mentioned! It's great!

Oh my, I was forgetting Dermablend! It's made just for this. Forget the face + body :)

Taylah, bio-oil has really bad reviews on beautypedia. A couple people saying it works, but most experiencing breakouts or even scarier, numbness and soreness of nerves from the lavender oil in this product. Lavender is anti-bacterial and has a soothing smell can also impede the skin's ability to heal. The active in bio oil is the stuff that makes water flow off a duck's back. (seriously). It isn't a proven ingredient for scar reduction, however, it probably has similar benefits as silicone which when you think about it, also disburses moisture in the same way. Silicone has been a proven effective ingredient for scar treatment. Look for scar treatments that have silicone (or dimethicone), vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and onion extract (Quercetin). Ideally the product should be fragrance free as well. For some reason Mederma's products which have all these ingredients and are stocked in hospital/clinical pharmacies, yet have fragrance. Paula's Choice clinical scar treatment has these ingredients and is fragrance free and is the same price or cheaper than Mederma.

When my dad was going through open heart surgery, the doc recommended Eucerin Cream for his massive ropey, stem to stern chest scar. The Eucerin has a ton of silicone in it so that helped knock down on the itch, and it helps scars flatten out and be less bumpy.

Foundation might work but It can look cakes and smear making it more noticeable. The Sally Hansen is awesome. It covers stretch marks pretty well. If it's on your legs I would just wear tights close to your color
