How can you get rid of it??

I had milia for months on my eye and it just eventually came out on it's own. it was too close to my eye so I couldn't do anything to remove it. I'm curious as well as to how to get rid of it.

Maybe your skin routine? Did you exfoliate?

Yes but like I said my milia was literally on the corner of my eye so I don't exfoliate there or put anything on that area because it's so close to the eye and I didn't want to risk getting anything into my eye

Milia are not pimples and should not be treated as such so using the right products is vital. You can either wait it out because they do go away on their own but if seeking to speed up the process I would use salicylic acid based serum which will gentle exfoliate it out of existence. I asked my husband if he has treated milia and he said if its secondary milia ( doctor lingo that I'm clueless about and didn't probe further ) and he said he has used cryotherapy to remove them but highly supports topical treatment first before using that treatment because there is no guarantee that it will not come back in the same area, especially if the individual is not following a decent skincare routine and not using a moisturizing spf because they can appear due to sun damage on the skin. I can attest to that because on my drivers side of my face I've battled with milia just below my eye (on my cheekbone). Trying to squeeze, or manually remove them yourself will just cause further damage to the area skin and you don't want to risk scarring your skin...then you'll have two issues on your hands.

I agree with shelley, don't treat it like a pimple. I just wanted to add to be careful with using salicylic acid, try a patch test beforehand. I am highly allergic to it and it causes my face to burn and get small itchy bumps all over my face but for someone who can use it I'm sure it would really help.
