I'm doing my cousins make up for her sweet 16. I was wondering what foundation to use that doesn't contrast with the flash? I bought bare minerals matte but I wasn't sure , any suggestions?

What's her skin type and coverage she is looking for?

She has dark circles in various places around her face. Her skin however is a bit oily however I did get an oil control primer

Bare minerals powder foundations contain mica which reflects in the light causing a white cast in pictures. I personally love Makeup Forever HD for pictures as well as for every day application, a nice natural foundation like that one (medium build able coverage) paired with a high coverage concealer such as Benefit Boi-ing would give you the best results in this situation

Also might I add, when taking flash photography shine is accentuated so be sure to keep her matte to avoid the greasy look. My favorite matteifying powder Is the Rimmel Stay matte because it does keep you matte for ages and it's compact to Carry around and really

I actually use the Rimmel Clean Finish in many people when I do makeup for events that require picture taking. Here is a photo of a "client" I used it on. Excuse the messed up liner, I fixed after I saw it.

I would try smashbox (everything is tested on their studio) or makeup forever hd line.

Mac studio fix fluid is really great (but it gives me breakout)

MUFE HD is better because it doesn't give me breakout and is flawless and natural at the same time..

Shu uemura lightbulb foundation is extremely pretty and dewy and photographs well but won't last very long on oily skin..
