My best guess would be exfoliation but I'm sure someone else on here will know better and have a better explanation

I think that you should change your diet for the previous days until it disappears or maybe it's the hormones then if you I would suggest treating it by washing your face daily exfoliating and using a spot treatment even if it's pump there's a thing by Avène that is water and can help reduce imperfections and pumps and everything , good luck with it

And for your makeup I will suggest not to put makeup around the areas where you got pump or maybe a corrector can help but it can still look patch

I had the same issue for a couple weeks. But my clarisonic got rid of them. I suggest a gentle exfoliator or a deep cleanser

What kind of face wash are you using? If I use the wrong king I will get bumps and pimples. You should really check that out.

For me what's been helping is using a Vitamin C serum. It helps for some reason! I use one from Forever Flawless (It's called the Diamond Infused Vitamin C Booster)!
