My upper lip is much lighter than my lower lip. It makes my upper lip look thin---which it's not...at all. I don't really use lipstick, just tinted Chapstick. I hate how lipstick looks on my lips. Any tips, tricks, or advice?

Definitely use a lip liner. Try to find one that's close to your skin tone so you can fill in a bit. Rimmel East End Snob or NYX Nectar might be good choices for you. There are lots of lipsticks out there that have a more natural look that would blend with the lip liner.

I have the opposite problem...bottom lip lighter than upper lip. It really doesn't bother me too much but I find that using opaque lipsticks make them look even in tone so I don't have the two-toned look going on. For lippies that are light in the pigmentation department...filling in the lips with a matching lip liner works wonders.
