HELP!! 911!! Eye problems.

I don't know where to put it makeup or skincare... But. I got soap in my eye last night in my shower. I rinsed my eye out and got most of the gunk out, I also cried a bunch last night. Anyway my eyes both are a bit poufy but my one eye is a lot more swollen, and that's the eye I got the soap in. It was olay cream body wash. Anyway, is there anything I can do to bring down the swelling? Is makeup okay to wear still? My husband is taking me and the girls out for a dinner date tonight. I can go makeup less of I need to, but yea help!

I wouldn't put any makeup on just to let your skin and your eye breathe. I don't know about the swelling, sorry :/
