I can't find any cute headbands!

I usually go to Claires or Icing for my headbands but lately, they're either not my cup of tea or I already have or had it. Any idea where they have cute headbands? Preferably under $8, but under $15 is fine too.

Thanks bre! They usually don't have very many at the dollar store here, if they do, they're for little girls lol. I'll definitely check rue 21 once I get the chance, it's like 40 minutes away from me. I check Wal-Mart every time I go, I don't really like the wrapped ones, they annoy me. Haha.

Do you have an Icing near you? It's just like Claire's. I think they're both owned by the same company. I was just in there the other day and saw some cute headbands. Didn't buy any since I've put myself on a budget as of lately
