I hear nars eye primer is the best for oily eyelids.

The urban decay didn't do much for me either. I love the too faced shadow insurance, it's great for oily eyelids. I've also heard such great things about the Nars primer! Once I'm out of my shadow insurance I'm definitely going to pick up the Nars primer.

I got a sample of the newer Smashbox eyeshadow primer, I thought it was pretty good. I still got creasing but not horrible. Also I like the Lorac eye primer. but still haven't found a perfect option :) if you get the Nars primer would you share your opinions?

I've tried Urban Decay, Smashbox, Too Faced and countless cheaper ones but the best I've ever used for my oily lids is Nars :)

I have crazy oily lids and ud primer did nothing for me either. I use either too face or a concealer and set it with a powder and and then put my shadows.

Reny, if you live near Wal-Mart, you can get a prepaid credit card/ gift card, then add the money needed for your lime crime primer. You can only spend what's on the card, and if any one else gets the info it will be useless to them.

I maybe in the minority of people who hate the nars primer. It did nothing for my oily lids besides slip makeup off! my fav include the lorac behind the scenes, too faced shadow insurance & hard candy for a cheaper drugstore alternative. excellent staying power for all 3 mentioned.

I rotate between NARS and UD. NARS is o-k. I just don't love it because I feel like it dulls my eyeshadow versus making it a lil more vibrant like my UD does. There is also Lorac that is pretty decent as well.

L'oreal Paris primer stick pencil is surprisingly cheap and quite a good colour too!
