Yea they put me on another form of retin a nothing's working. I haven't tried Paula's choice is there a specific wash I should get

I haven't been to one but I do know you have to give it time and sometimes it gets worse and then better. I'd go back if you still don't get any results, I'm sure they will find something that can work out for you (:

Have you tried acne.org? And I used accutane. The only thing that worked for me. Now I break out mostly during period time. And I was worse than you.

Erin, it looks hormonal. I had similar acne for 2 years until my dr advised me to switch my BC to yaz. Ever since, my skin has been perfect.

My friend had bad acne and she turned vegan so she doesn't consume dairy and that really helped!

I know my doctor gave me some topical treatment for my acne and I really didn't notice a difference until like 2 months and honestly now I hardly have any breakouts. I say wait a little and see if you see a difference if not then go back to see your doc.

I used Retin a. It took like 6 months to work completely but it is great for redness. I used it for like 5 years and stopped---and even after I stopped using it my skin is still relatively breakout free.

Have you tried epiduo? I'm on that and that's what cleared my skin! It really works unlike proactive and X out -they broke my skin out BAD and this helped. :)
