What clarisonic do you guys recommended? Idk if to buy the Mia1 or just go ahead and get the Mia3. I've never tried this product but after hearing good reviews I figured it give in and buy one as well but now I'm struggling to decide which one to get.

I have the Mia 1 and it works just fine. If you don't think you'll need the different speed settings or beeps to tell you when to move I would get the original. I've had it for about 2 years and I've never felt like I needed to upgrade.

They all really do the same thing, I think it really just depends on what features you want.

Can I use all of them for my face and body?

The Plus is for face and body, so if you want to use it for both you might want to get that one. Although I've never tried using the Mia on my body, I'm not sure if you're not supposed to.

I feel like as long as you use a different brush it'd be the same right?

The Plus is the only brush that is compatible with the body brushes. It also has the extender, to make it easier to reach tricky places (ie. Your back.) I've never came across someone looking to use the MIA on the body.
The MIA 1 has one speed.
The MIA 2 has two speeds, the t-timer to tell you when to switch.
The MIA 4/aria has 3 speeds, the t-timer, a stand, USB charging capabilities, and I believe a travel case.
If you're looking to exfoliate your body as well, maybe look into the Foreo Luna Mini? The silicone nubs won't house bacteria so it won't transfer from face-body.
