Hair advice needed.

So my hair is a blackish brownish color and it's not really...interesting. It's really hard to curl but straightening is easy. It curls very well without heat but I tend to have this unbearable desire to brush it out and there they go. I'm thinking of getting my layers back and going for the V shape on the bottom. Also thinking of dying it to a brown in a sombre. Idk. What do you guys think I should do with it?

Would you consider doing a deep red? I looked at the picture in your gallery with better lighting on your face and it would suit your skin tone so well!

Thanks. But no not really. I'm more into the natural kind of look. Although sombres don't really happen naturally. Haha. I'm not interested in red very much. I would just like my hair to be lighter. Idk.

Well, personally I don't think blonde would really suit you, maybe a cool toned ash brown? It would look gorgeous with your skin tone.
