What is the difference between partial and full foil? And which one would I need to achieve the same result as the picture?

Partial is only part of the head gets foiled. Referring to the top and no foils in the back. Full foil are foils all around the head. It looks like she has blonde balayage all over. So full foil is what it would be if you wanted as much blonde
