How do you do thin liquid liner and/or winged liner? Favorite eyeliners? Tips?

Make sure your hand is well rested on something & your whole body is comfortable.
for the first time you should probably start off with a felt tip pen.
I like the smashbox felt tip I wouldn't use anything like the NYC liquid liner.
make sure you go as close to your lashline & do short strokes.
if you need to look at inspiration on pictures of winged liner before you actually do it

I use scotch tape to outline so my wing is even! Hope this helps ;)

Use maybe line master drama felt tip pen. It's super fine so it's good for wings. Usually what I do is start with the wing. I press the pen down on my eye to make a wing and start swiping it inward.
