Removing a fake tan please help.

It looks HORRIBLE I already tried the shaving cream method and exfoliation to death. I used a tan towel. In my defense I literally saw no difference and then the next day it was like BOOM big mistake I've never used self tanners before 😭😭😭 please help.

I think steaming your face and rubbing for example jojoba oil may help althought I do not know exactly how self-tanners work. With steem oil goes deep into your skin and may remove dirt and maybe the color...
