Have you tried a lip sealant? They work wonders with any lippie! You only apply a little bit ontop and your lipstick is good for a long time. They're relatively cheap and you can find them anywhere for about $3-6 dollars.

Loreal two in one lipstick, so good. Wouldn't come off for days lol.

The most comfortable long Wearing lipsticks I own are the Kat Von d liquid lipsticks. They are easy to apply and dry to a full matte. Although it is drying, it's the most comfortable matte lipsticks in my opinion. I do apply a balm before I do my makeup. The too faced melted are also somewhat long wearing BUT it does transfer. They are also comfortable on the lips. The KVD does not transfer and its 2 dollars cheaper (19) than melted. (21) I highly recommend it!
