No it won't help with under eyes circles.
the green primer is to help redness.

Les is correct. To cancel out under eye circles you'll want a yellow or peach/salmon colored corrector to cancel out the blue or purple tones of the circles.

Use a yellow concealer if you have purple under eyes circles
if you have blue under eye curcles use a peach/salmon concealer
Then apply your regular skintone foundation & concealer

What you're picturing is a face primer, it won't help your dark circles. You need a color corrector/concealer.

It is makeup therefore it is only going to cover it while you are wearing the color corrector

Okay thanks , what specific corrector should I buy to reduce under eye circles in general?

Alexis C.
NYX has a corrector called the Dark Circle Concealer and I believe Bobbi Brown makes a corrector as well. Also, makeup won't reduce the circles themselves. If your dark circles are genetic then there's really nothing you can do to lighten then but if you're not then make sure you're getting plenty of sleep, drinking enough water, and sleep slightly propped up.
