Gold, bronze, copper, peach, and champagne are all great colors to bring out blue eyes. Rose golds, like the colors in the Naked 3, are great for blue eyes as well (:

EyeShadow colors like brown, black, green, burgundy, purple, gray, silver, and so on would make blue eyes pop! Using blue can wash/blend with your eyecolor :)
