I bite my nails 😁
How do I stop? Any advice?
It makes so that I can't paint my nails and it just sucks :(

Well, i used to bite my nails and trust me, it was not pretty. I sugest ( sorry if spelled wrong) You put tape on your nails until you learn not to bite them. Or you can just wear gloves and/ or keep your hand ocupied
