You could get MAC Face & Body in white and mix it with your foundation until you get the right shade. I'm not sure but I think it's only available through MAC Pro but you can find it online or call them.

My friend is a natural red head, the lightest girl I've ever seen. She uses bare minerals in the lightest shade & it doesn't make her look too yellow or pink :)

I use NARS Sheer Glow or Matte Velvet in Siberia with some Lancôme Miracle Éclat mixed in, or a custom Illamasqua Skin Base blend (I mix the white shade 1 with the lightest yellow shade 3). Works fairly well for me. I've never been able to use much else without doing a lot of mixing and adjusting. Back in the day, before Illamasqua was available stateside and NARS was just a glimmer in my eye, I mixed Manic Panic Dreamtone in white into foundations that were too dark and it served me well.

I use Makeup Forever Mat Velvet. I use the second lightest shade and it doesn't seem too yellow to me. This foundation is really good for oily skin too.
