I cannot find a foundation light enough for my skin. I am a natural red head, and every foundation I try is orange on my face. I tried Clinique, and just about every foundation you can get in the mall, and they are all too dark. Any suggestions? Please help!

I am superly pale, and the perfect foundation for me is the Kat Von D tattoo lock-it foundation in 42. It's basically white with a dash of peach.

How do you apply your foundation?
Dec 30, 2012
Ivana B.
Use illamasqua skinbase in the lightest shade ( its white) if you want to light up some foundations you already have...it last really long. Or buy the second or third lightest shade if you dont want to mix cause they do light foundations that fit the most pale people. It might be a little pricey but its totally worth it.... Hope it helped!

I meant you like where do you apply it? All over your face?
Dec 30, 2012
Ivana B.
@Hannah Some people just apply it where they need coverage but i think its best to put it all over the face and blend it down your neck.... if you want to be sure of that you dont have any lines between the makeup and the bare skin. Dont forget to blend it into the hairline aswell!

Maybelline fit me is good, or you can try maybelline bb cream, which is a lighter coverage, but still great :)
