How big exactly?? I got a top at jcpennys that was labeled a-dd instead of s,m,l,xl! The DD fit me great :-) was only like 20 bucks. Plus they always have coupons :-)

The #1 tip I have is to buy separates. Unfortunately I probably can't help on the inexpensive end, I buy all of my swimsuits from everythingbutwater.com. I personally love the brands Vix and Freya, as well as Luli Fama, but none of those are cheap. Personally I'd rather invest in a swimsuit that can support me without breaking.

Oh that's not even bad. The main reason buying separates is helpful is because then if you wear a different size on the bottom, like I do, you're find buying whichever size instead of one bathing suit that will either fit over your chest or fit over your rear end. I buy from that website also because I wear a G, and nowhere else that I've found has as good a selection. You should be able to shop at places like Target, JCP, etc (I wish I could shop at Target, their bathing suits are SO cute!) and it will most likely be fine =) Being busty is hard but it's not the worst thing and especially in your case it's about finding out which styles and such work for you =) Try thicker halter strapped bathing suits, none of that string nonsense!

Swimsuits for all has swimsuits and tops for plus size girls that will probably fit your big bust as it does mine :) I'm an F cup and they have some affordable stuff on clearance and sales a lot too.

I'm a 40F and I buy mine at lane Bryant, they have underwire and give me the support I need. I'm not sure if having an underwire is important to you.
