I don't have acne but on the side of my nose like the cheek areas I break out their the most. I don't wear a lot of face makeup but I would like to start wearing less. Summer is coming up and I don't want to wear makeup to hide my pimples. So does anyone know like how to just get it naturally? Eating right? Fruits veggies? I know that helps right? Anything else? Water? Thanks :)

Unfortunately, everyone's skin is different and reacts differently to different ingredients so there's no guaranteed way to get clear skin fast. Diet and lifestyle can affect acne, but it won't cause it so much as exacerbate it. Personally I'd recommend using a gentle cleanser, exfoliating with salicylic acid (no harsh scrubs, they can spread acne bacteria) and treating the area with a product proven to efficiently kill acne bacteria- benzoyl peroxide or tea tree oil, it's mostly a matter of preference. Avoid anything harsh or irritating like alcohol or heavily fragranced products as that can worsen breakouts.

You can never go wrong with healthy eating and drinking lots of water - but Margu is right everyones skin is different.

This might help a little bit, but I find that spot treatments help.

Diet is number one to obtain clear skin. It took me six months of solid healthy eating and following a strict skincare program. Don't get wrong...sometimes I get a few unwanted visitors from time to time but overall no serious issues but they do come if I fall of the wagon and stay off for awhile. Everyone's skin is different so what works wonders for me might be horrible for you so tread carefully with the products that you decide to use.

I have really bad acne around my jawline and a little on my forehead. I started using philosophy "Purity" face wash. && philosophy "hope in a jar" moisturizer.. I love them. remember when trying new skincare products everything takes time. after a month I really noticed a big difference in my skin and my acne has been gone. one or two breakouts if I don't wash my makeup off... also, the purity face wash takes off all of your makeup. I also use a clarisonic with this face wash and it works wonders! also, the make up you use could be causing breakouts... mac foundation makes me break out, so I started using philosophy hope in a jar foundation... & it doesn't cause breakouts. last thing, I have combination skin, oily forehead and nose, but also very dry randomly... so these products are great for all skin types.. hopefully this helps..
