How not to break out or get bed bugs from a hotel.

Ok so I'm at a hotel right now and I have sensitive eyes and skin.. So I'm pretty scared of putting my full face on the pillow.. They said they clean their sheets and pillows but I'm still not comfortable. What should I do?

Maybe go out and buy your self a sheet set and pillow case if you don't want to use theirs?

My mom usually carries disinfectant spray with her to hotels.

Tbh... I take my own pillow with me to hotels bc I don't trust that its clean.
