How can I help my hair grow healthier and faster?
You can't really help your hair grow 'faster' as sad as that is.First of all, if your using a lot of heat tools regularly, try to cut down on those. Letting your hair air dry can help reduce a LOT of split ends (if you use a hair dryer). Also, getting regular trims (maybe every 6 weeks?) can really help keep your hair looking better. It gets rid of any split ends, which if left, can cause the hair to tangle and cause breakage, therefore leaving your hair in worse condition. I'm not saying cut off like 2 inches, it pains me to cut my hair also, but if you really really explain to your hairdresser you only want a tiny trim you should be good to go! Also, use a good conditioner to leave your hair smooth and tangle free! Oh and i forgot to mention, use a good heat protectant to help prevent split ends. I hope that helps, sorry i wrote so much
Cut them off then start putting olive oil at the ends on your hair it worked for me !
You need to use products high in protein I had really bad split ends went to hair dressers who recommended redken extreme anti snap high in protein n after about 2 weeks of using it after every hair wash I began to notice a difference I haven't had to cut the ends my hairs in great condition now I've been using it for 4 months
Trim, good conditioner, try to use as little heat styling as possible
You should cut off an inch of hair & try to not use heating tools (:
yeh its almost impossible i was growing out my hair and i had to get it cut because my split ends were soooo bad i had to get 3 inches off it was horrible but i got a slight layer and my friends thought i got extentions!! so get ur split ends trimed and then start re-growing your hir and use a split end treatment in your hair!
Cut them off then use olive oil or go to lush and get shine so bright!!
Hot oil it once a week.

Word of caution to what Fran said:
Some people's hair does not tolerate protein well at all. My hair was in good overall condition but felt a bit dry, so I - in my brilliance - thought to myself that a nice mask with a ton of protein in it would fix that. NOT. Completely frazzled my hair and coarsened my whole texture. I'm still trying to recover from that episode, and it's been slow going. It might work for you, but be super careful with the stuff.
