I have no 'eye'dea how to do eye shadow I know how to do eyeliner but the shadow I can't understand. help please?

I think this could help... It's hard to really explain... There are different ways to do eyeshadow, but I guess this is the most basic one...

Here's a nice, go to, simple, every day look! Put a light shimmery color on your lid (I use Stila's Kitten), a matte brown in the crease (Urban Decay Naked Palette Buck), and a white under the browbone and in the inner corner (UD Naked Virgin). If you want to darken the look a bit, blend a darker brown on the outer corner of your eye (UD Naked Darkhorse).
