I like to use it with organic apple cider vinegar. If you have sensitive skin you can dilute it with some water. You also don't have to leave it on until it fully dries. If you feel any discomfort or pain remove it. One last thing I personally wouldn't wash it off in the sink cause it can clog the pipes. You could use a bowl of water and discard it outside once your done.

Hope that helps girl. I love using these kinds of mask once a week. My skin is very oily and gets congested; the mask really helps.
