So I was well overdue to change my brush head for a few months, and I finally changed it tonight, and I took off the old one and the inside is all wet and slimy from my face wash and what not? Should I be wiping the inside down after I use it? Or?

It's a cleansing face brush or they make some for your body, I believe I got mine from Sephora but Ulta sells them too. They tend to be pretty pricey.
