OMG never ever ever use apricot scrub!!!! I used to use it for years thinking it was going to help but in all actuality it was making things worse! I go to school right now for esthetician (I graduate in a month yay) but the first day of class my teacher asked us what we currently used and when I told her apricot scrub she was mad and told me to throw it away immediately when I got home. The thing that's so bad about it is that the apricot beads in it aren't refined at all like in high end more expensive scrubs so if you we're to look at ur face under a microscope you would see a bunch of microCUTS on your face!!! So for years I was cutting my face up with this scrub! It's horrible! You can use it on ur feet because the skins tougher there but NEVER ON YOUR FACE!
And I had horrible acne the whole time I was using it and since I stopped my skin has cleared up so much I only get like a couple now randomly and that's it. I now use dermalogica and lush products on my skin. If you like the scrubby feeling of apricot scrub I would recommend getting skin prep scrub from dermalogica you still get the scrubby feeling but the beads in it go thru a super refining process so it's not gonna cut your skin.
apricot scrub. I had something that looked a lot like vitalgo when I was younger. my knees elbows fingers, in between my legs and the creases of my eyelids were white. once I started using it in my midteens it left my face within a year so I started using it all over with an apricot body lotion I got and by the time I was 21 it was almost gone. I just have a little still between my legs and thats is. we were told it was vitaligo and assumed it was permanent but it went away somehow and I dunno if it was coincidental but it made me love it.
