I went on holiday once and there was a sauna at the hotel, I had a few spots when I went there and on the 4th day all my spots were gone and my skin felt so soft- it worked for me!

Be sure to follow up with a gentle cleanser for your skin and a moisturizer because the heat actually zaps your skin of moisture.

go and see your doctor for treatment they can asses your skin properly and prescribe you something or refer you to a dermatologist :)
