if its bleach or heat damage i would get hold of a good conditioning mask. doesnt have to be anything expensive try any supermarket and pick up aussie or herbal essences. leave on for atleast ten minutes. wrap it with cling film or a bag on ur head! as warming the hair allows the product to enter the follicles deeper. u could also try argan / morrocan oil which u can find fairly cheaply if you look around. i know avon do one. if you have a bit more to spend k pak by joico is excellent.
I had this problem a few years ago, but relax because it will be ok! Head to Sally's and grab a product called "Cholesteral". There are a few different brands, but ask the associate which one is best. It's an intensive conditioner that is made for dry, over bleached and damaged hair. I put this in damp hair, covered my head with a plastic bag and left it overnight (or for a few hours). Won't be the miracle product but it will help your hair from breaking off as it grows (since it grows from the scalp, not the shaft itself!) The Cholesteral will help make it more manageable and smoother while you wait to grow it out to cut it the way you'd like. Just do that as often as you desire. Plus, Cholesteral isn't too expensive!
My hair constantly suffers from damage from bleach. I have hair ADHD so my cut and color changes every two months XD just get your hands on a good leave in conditioner and on days that you aren't doing anything, cover your bangs in it and pin them back. Right now I'm using milkshake, and surface trinity protein spray. My hair is being dyed blonde from brown in a month and I just had it bright red before xD

this wont repair your hair but anything with keratin will help and buy you some time to grow it to have the damage cut out! good luck!

You need to cut it off. Your hair won't grow if it's fried.

It won't be gone but you can make it a bit better. Try coconut oil.
