Teal/Bright Blue to Black Blue.

Hello so my hair is naturally dark brown/black I have been trying to get a blue black color but the two spots that did my color have given me teal and then teal to bright blue. Its a nice color but too bright for me is there anybody who knows what I can do to get the blue/black color from this color would I need to process my hair again or can I avoid that? What color should I use?

I would just do a blue black box color over it, since the old dye is already blue I don't see a problem but shaye and hannah (a moderator) have more experience with hair color so maybe they can help you
