Went back to the salon today, they fixed it better than I thought they would. I still have patches though! It's do-able for now.

Another.. I asked my mom to take a picture of the back but she's being mean lol.

It looks much better! It looks good on you. Are you happy with it? Or it's still not where you want it to be?

The blonde that I wanted is in there but it's mixed with other shades of blonde...

So I'm not 100% happy.. I'd say I'm at 65% happy.

That's good to hear, Jewel! That really makes me feel better. Thank you!

It definitely looks better! Still sucks that you had to go through all of that. I would contact corporate but that's just me.

I'm glad you're a bit happier about it, though!

I like it! It's awful what you had to go through. Reading your previous thread, it's poor customer service. Did you get to speak to the salon's owner?

I wouldn't know how to go about doing that. Navasota is a crappy little town, so crappy that there's not even a health department. I should've known not to go there in the first place, but $85 sounded a lot better than $150, but now I know that you can't really put a price on something you want done perfectly! They acted like complete idiots there. One thing you don't want to hear when you're sitting in that chair is the girl asking her boss on "how she would do it." Oh my gosh, right? But I just went with it. It was a learning experience.

The salons owner was the problem, that's my point. I think the girl knew more than her boss did! She was looking for alternative routes the entire time. But finally the girl just stopped listening to her today and it came out pretty decent.

I could help you get in contact with corporate if you'd like!

Would they know it was me if I contact corporate? I have a lot of family members who go there and I don't want the owner to get mad at me and take it out on them.

Basically you'd just be writing a strongly worded letter or email about your experience so you'd be signing your name so they'd know it was you.

Darn.. well I would love to let them know about it, but I don't want to ruin anyone else's chances of continuing their services there, because they LOVE IT, that's another reason why I thought it'd be okay to go. It's just one of those different experiences with everyone thing I guess.

Based on what you're saying, she isn't even qualified to own a business. You can have a great product, but poor customer service can end a business.
I really am glad that you're a bit happier with it. Hopefully it grows on you to the point that you're 100% happy :)

Honestly if you telling higher ups about your terrible experience affects how your friends and family get treated there then that's probably not a place that deserves anyone's business but that's just me.

Thanks Kerri, you girls are boosting my confidence about it for sure!
Thank you Michelle, I understand completely. She said she was "in the business" for 25 years so far. You'd think by then she'd finally learn how to do it
