Okay, so over the summer I plan on dying my hair lighter than it is, maybe even going fully blonde (well a light brown/ darker shade of blonde) Should I do it? This is me now-->

Lol you do have great brows but remember going blonde is a lot of work to maintain. As you have blue eyes and light skin it would work well. Remember to research! I would say go for it!!

I just don't want to give you a suggestion when I don't know exactly what your skin tone looks like because ALL your pictures have filters. That's just me. But I'm sure a darker blonde, like a dirty blonde would look great. Or maybe just highlights. Again, I can't give you a straight answer.

I have pale skin and blue green eyes

I highlighted my hair about 2 months ago and of course it's fading, but my natural color is medium brown.

It would totally work my hair stylist said that blond hair creates an illusion of a darker glow to the skin so as your fairly pale it would suite you well!
