Mine has Kat Von d (barely any and in lip colors I'd never wear) glam glow, it really depends on your location.

Each one is completely different but usually: Kat von d, Essie, elf, opi, estee lauder, julep, glam glow, chi, sephora, and I've only seen them a couple of time but mine carry too faced, and tarte. but I've only seen them once and it was at marshalls with products that they don't see anymore :)

TBH they buy a lot of discontinued or outdated things from Sephora. I've seen KVD, Too Faced, and Glamglow at my location.
They also have drugstore brands like Jocelyn said! ELF I've seen, Julep, a lot of skincare from Sheseido, etc. It's a goldmine!

Just to clarify: the products shouldn't be expired. The way that stores like Ross and TJ Maxx work is that they purchase overstock or back stock from other retailers. So if Sephora has a crate of nail polishes they aren't selling anymore, they sell off the inventory at rock bottom price to these stores so that they get at least some money for the stuff. If Target ends up with too much makeup, they'll sell it to other stores so they don't have to write it off as a loss. This is also why you'll almost never find the same thing twice at these stores, except in certain instances where they receive directly from the manufacturer (things like glassware, clothing).
