Well, I did a search and yeah... no were to be found! I could only find it on Amazon.UK it was 12? but I didn't see the shipping price :/
You could try and write to Alma, she recommend a lip sealer to me once, but I don't remember the name! Maybe that one would be easier to find :/

Another option is Lipcote, it's like £2 and amazing! Basically the same as the one you wanted, it looks exactly the same and everything.
