EXERCISE!! Drink lots of water, and eat slowly...most people consume their food in 15 minutes or less. It takes 20 minutes for the stomach to feel full....oh, and exercise (did I already say that?). OH!! And don't look for quick fixes, it's about changing your behavior...be patient with yourself!!!
